1. About Us
This website is operated by AQUAGUARD SOLUTION – FZCO, a free zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates under Trade Licence No. 59086, issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (IFZA), with registered office at IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“AquaGuard”, “we”, “us”).

AquaGuard is an authorized distributor and installer of NOWA smart water-damage prevention systems, developed by NOWA inc. (Canada).
2. Products and Services
We offer: (a) NOWA 4S and NOWA 360 smart leak-detection and automatic water shut-off systems; (b) professional installation; (c) the PRESENCE remote monitoring service and mobile application; and (d) multi-year protection packages combining equipment, installation, and monitoring.
Our services are currently available in the United Arab Emirates, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico.
3. The AquaGuard Protection Package
We offer a single turnkey protection package per residential unit, available in three contract terms (one-time payment, in USD):

Equipment included per unit: smart control panel; up to 2 automatic shutoff motors (depending on building configuration); 1 occupancy sensor; 1 door-open sensor; 1 water leak detection sensor; 1 perimeter leak detection cable.
Services included: professional installation by qualified installers; full access to the management platform; real-time notifications (owners and managers); training for management teams; continuous 24/7 remote monitoring; automatic software updates; technical support; equipment warranty for the duration of the contract.
Optional extra equipment: water sensor $75; perimeter cable (2 m) $55; presence sensor $95; promo kit of 3 water sensors $195.
Each package applies to a single designated residential unit. Coverage begins on the Service Commencement Date (equipment installed and platform account activated).
4. Ordering and Payment
Orders may be placed through our sales team or website. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe; AquaGuard does not store credit card numbers. Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. An invoice is issued for every purchase.
5. Installation
Installation is performed by AquaGuard-certified technicians. We will contact you within 5 business days of purchase to schedule installation at the covered property. The customer must provide reasonable access to the property. If a property is unsuitable for installation, the customer will be informed before any work begins and may cancel with a full refund.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
30-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel your purchase for any reason within thirty (30) days of payment for a full refund, provided installation has not yet been completed.
After installation or after 30 days: you may cancel the remaining service term at any time and receive a prorated refund of the unused full years of management portal fees (at the annual rate of your contract term), less the value of the equipment and installation (USD $1,020).
Defective equipment: repaired or replaced at no cost for the duration of the package.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. To request a refund, contact sales@aquaguardsolution.ae.
7. Warranty
Equipment supplied under a protection package is covered by an extended warranty for the duration of the package, covering manufacturing defects and normal-use failures. The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or force majeure.
8. PRESENCE Service
The PRESENCE service depends on the availability of local Wi-Fi and/or cellular networks. While the NOWA system is designed to operate autonomously (automatic shut-off works even offline), remote notifications require network connectivity. AquaGuard is not liable for network outages beyond its control.
9. Limitation of Liability
The NOWA system is a risk-reduction device, not an insurance product. AquaGuard’s total liability under any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer. AquaGuard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Data Protection
Personal information is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country of residence.
